I'm Luis, an infrastructure engineer in Orlando. I've spent my career building and running the technology behind a global nonprofit — starting with datacenter hardware in 1998, and growing into the AWS platform its critical applications run on today.
The work I care most about is making infrastructure changes safe and routine: everything is a reviewed, automated pull request. Lately that includes the AI kind — code review for Terraform pipelines, ticket triage in production, and the guardrails that let teams use large language models without regret.
